We listen to your needs, wants, and dreams and interpret that to match your budget and lifestyle requirements. At the completion of this stage we seek to provide you with the complete design, an accurate cost estimate, and timeline forecast.
Our experience with local municipalities and jurisdictions along with a full understanding of the relevant zoning and building bylaws improves timelines on permit applications.
During the entire building phase we work hard to ensure the project stays on budget and on schedule. Our team will maintain communication with you throughout the construction phase giving you ample opportunity to ask questions and provide input. Our Building Contract provides all the important details regarding allowances, changes, billing and mutual expectations to ensure excellent collaboration between you and our team.
When your project is complete we take the time to answer any questions and provide warranties where applicable. We desire mutually beneficial long-term relationships with all our clients and hope you will feel comfortable calling us anytime regarding any follow up questions you may have or to discuss future projects in the years ahead.
